Despatch Policy

All goods are despatched within 24 hours within receipt of funds. Mon to Fri Orders placed on the weekend will be despatched from the Monday onwards. 
However if your in urgent need of a gift for a special occasion which has snook up on you without realising contact us we will be more than happy to work with you to see if we can do something please note additional charges may apply. 
Refunds Policy
All goods are personally checked before sending our customer satisfaction is at the upmost importance to us. If there are any queries please contact us at your most earliest within a 48 hour time-frame to discuss this matter so we can resolve it as soon as possible.
