UK Shipping Rates

Within the UK there are two option of standard delivery calculated by the item weight ranging from free to £7 this will get delivery within 3-5 days
Or a flat fee off £8.00 for special delivery will guarantee delivery within 1-3 days.

European Shipping rates

Standard Shipping is calculated at £17.50 and can take from 3-12 days delivery Please Note that larger items are unavailable on this method

Returns
If you wish to return any item for within 14 days of receipt of goods The cost of return shipping will be paid for by the indviudual. Just follow these easy steps prior to your return

1. Contact us at info@easterninspiration.co.uk or by phone on +4407515917526 we will issue you with a number to label your return. Please then wrap your product preferably with the packaging it arrived in. Ensure it is still secure.

2. You will then be asked to despatch the item it is often advised to send it recorded delivery as we can't be held responsible for any unrecieved items.

3. Once we have received the item we will then issue a refund or simply an exchange in many situations. We understand that buying items online can be stressful if you're not happy we work with you to keep you happy.
